Sibly HallPioneer is assisting the University of Reading negotiate Affordable Housing proposals in respect of the Sibly Hall site, located at Earley (within the Wokingham Borough Council administrative area).
The application site, which comprises of a hall of residence owned by the University and soon to become redundant, was considered by the Wokingham Borough Council Planning Committee on the 8th of February 2012.
The residential development of the site will provide 89 homes and enable the refurbishment of two existing homes.
Following a resolution by the Planning Committee to grant outline planning consent, a signed s106 Agreement is now in place enabling the scheme to be progressed without the need to continue the appeal of an original application.
Pioneer is looking forward to providing ongoing assistance in respect of section 106 Affordable Housing negotiations on a range of other sites being progressed by the University of Reading.
