They are able to prepare detailed viability assessments to support planning applications on all schemes whether they are residential, residential led mixed-use, affordable only or complex regeneration opportunities. 

Viability evidence allows an informed negotiation with the local planning authority to determine the percentage, mix and tenure of affordable housing which can be commercially supported by a proposed development. Our team is experienced in a variety of viability appraisal models including;

Depending on the developers requirements we can also create, or work with, bespoke housing scheme appraisals and would be happy to discuss your requirements. 

Pioneer's viability team will integrate with housing project teams providing professional advice to progress the development proposals through the planning system, leading viability negotiations with the local planning authority, advising on planning obligations and defending our approach at appeal when required.
