Pioneer has considerable experience in: working with house builders, land owners, developers, Registered Providers and local planning authorities during Public Inquiries; preparing and submitting evidence, and providing Expert Witness services both in planning appeals and Court.

At Pioneer we understand the issues and risks associated with appealing an application, and we are well placed to provide pre-inquiry advice and research in respect of housing matters, whilst having regard to the wider issues that an Inquiry will often involve.
